Limestone County Restaurant Week Serving Up Taste of Local Eateries

Who’s Hungry? Well, look no further than Limestone County Restaurant Week to feed your needs.   As part of the Year of Alabama Foods and the Athens-Limestone County Tourism Association’s (ALCTA) Twenty-Twelve: Trails, Tales, and Taters, ALCTA invites you to the tables of our Restaurant Partners from August 26th to September 4th.



Cayce Lee, ALCTA organizer for this event says, “Here’s a great chance to sample some of our local eateries and they’re rolling out some offers just for Limestone County Restaurant Week.”

The 2012 Restaurant Partners include: Captain D’s of Athens, Papa D’s of Athens, Greenbrier Restaurant of Madison, Bakery at Elkmont of Elkmont,  Pablo’s on Market of Athens, Mac’s Sports Bar and Steakhouse of Athens, Nestle Toll House Café of Athens, HG Grill of Athens, Rooster’s of Athens and Lawler’s Express III of Athens.

Miss Lee explains, “Tell your server or hostess -I’m here for Limestone County Restaurant Week and I’d like to know about your specials.  This will let them know you’re there to support them and enjoy a sample of their menu.”
