Athens State to Serve as Sponsor for Upcoming Leadership Event

ATHENS, Ala. - The Decatur Morgan County Entrepreneurial Center will host Leadercast North Alabama at the auditorium of Decatur Baptist Church located at 2527 Danville Rd SW in Decatur, AL on May 9, 2014 from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Athens State University is a sponsor of this leadership event.

“We are pleased that Athens State can be a part of this important event,” states Athens State Assistant Professor of Accounting and Decatur Morgan County Entrepreneurial Center advisory board member John Berzett. “Our students are trained to be leaders and we recognize the important role it plays in the business communities we reach.”

Organized as a leadership retreat featuring several well-known and inspirational leaders, Leadercast North Alabama exists to positively change the way the world thinks about leadership. This year’s theme—Beyond You—challenges leaders to focus outward rather than inward. Experience Leadercast live on May 9, 2014 and discover what it means to be a leader worth following.

Individual tickets for the event are $75 each, but group tickets (3 or more) are only $50 each. You can purchase your tickets at www.leadercastnorthalabama.com.
