The Athens-Limestone County Tourism Association provides assistance to working press filing stories about Athens-Limestone Alabama as a travel destination. We can answer questions about travel and tourism, arrange press passes attractions, coordinate press visits and point you in the right direction to get the information you need to develop your story about our community.

Limestone County Commission Signs Proclamation for Limestone County Restaurant Week

As part of the Year of Alabama Foods and the Athens-Limestone County Tourism Association’s (ALCTA) Twenty-Twelve: Trails, Tales, and Taters, we would like to ask for your participation in a Limestone County Restaurant Week August 26^th to September 4^th -- which will follow the State of Alabama’s Restaurant Week August 17^th-26th. Our desire is to highlight all the opportunities to dine within Limestone County for travelers and locals alike, so we are including chain establishments as well as individually-owned establishments.
