Calhoun to Host 2013 MLK

Calhoun Community
College will pay tribute to slain civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King,
Jr. during the college's annual celebration program on Monday, January 14,
2013. The program will begin at 11 a.m. on Calhoun's Decatur campus
in the Kelley Gymnasium.
Featured speaker
for this year's program is Pastor G. Russell Seay, Jr., Ph.D., assistant
professor of Religion at Oakwood University. Special musical guests will
be The Oakwood Adventist Academy Choir, under the direction of Dr. Phillip
Williams.
The program is
free and open to the public. For more information, call the Dean of
